Designed for veterans and fitness enthusiasts committed to long-term strength, endurance, and performance.
The program is designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced. Workouts include scaling options to match your ability.
Access to a standard gym is required, but alternate exercises are provided to suit different environments.
All training plans, coaching support, and community access are delivered via our custom training app.
The Fit For Life plan is flexible, allowing you to train at your capacity. At a minimum, you’ll complete three workouts per week, each lasting 60 minutes or less. If you want to push further, you can increase to four or five workouts per week, with some sessions extending to 90 minutes. The plan adapts based on your schedule, recovery, and goals, so you can train consistently without burnout.
Your free strategy call is a 30-minute phone call designed to see if Fit For Life is the right fit for you. We’ll go over your current fitness level, goals, and any challenges you're facing. You’ll get expert guidance on your next steps, whether you join the program or not. If it’s a good fit, we’ll discuss how the training works and how to get started.
